Delight in these no-bake Frozen S’mores, a luscious layered treat combining creamy chocolate pudding, fluffy marshmallow cream, and crunchy graham crackers. Perfectly chilled and easy to assemble, this dessert brings the classic campfire flavors to your freezer for a refreshing twist.

Ingredients

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (thawed), divided

Marshmallow Layer

  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (thawed), divided

Additional

  • 12 graham cracker sheets (broken into squares)
  • Parchment paper (for lining)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Layer: Line an 8Ă—8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping to maintain the layer’s creamy texture. Spread this mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  2. Make the Marshmallow Layer: In a separate bowl, beat the marshmallow creme and softened cream cheese until smooth and well combined. Fold in the remaining whipped topping carefully to keep it light and airy. Spread this mixture evenly over the chocolate layer in the pan. Place the baking dish in the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
  3. Assemble: Once frozen, lift the block from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into individual squares. Create s’mores by sandwiching each frozen square between two graham cracker squares. Serve immediately for a refreshing frozen treat, or store wrapped in the freezer for later enjoyment.

Notes

  • For best results, ensure the whipped topping is fully thawed before folding into other ingredients.
  • You can substitute cream cheese with a lighter version for a lower-fat option.
  • Use parchment paper to easily remove the dessert from the pan without breaking.
  • Keep assembled s’mores frozen until ready to serve to maintain texture and prevent sogginess.
  • This recipe is a quick no-bake dessert ideal for warm weather or last-minute gatherings.
