Celebrate Valentine’s Day with these sweet and creamy Sugar Cookie Fudge squares, featuring a delightful blend of white chocolate, sugar cookie mix, and festive sprinkles. This no-bake treat is simple to prepare, perfect for gifting or enjoying at home with loved ones.

Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 3-4 ounces almond bark or white chocolate (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring the edges extend beyond the pan to easily lift the fudge later.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the unsalted butter and white chocolate chips, stirring gently until smooth and combined.
  3. Add sugar cookie mix and condensed milk: Whisk in the sugar cookie mix and the entire can of sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is fully blended and smooth.
  4. Incorporate flavorings and sprinkles: Stir in the pure vanilla extract and half of the holiday sprinkles evenly into the fudge mixture.
  5. Pour and smooth: Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading and smoothing the top evenly for a uniform layer.
  6. Chill to set: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge has fully set and is firm to the touch.
  7. Cut and decorate: Remove the set fudge from the pan using the parchment paper edges, cut into squares, and top each with the remaining holiday sprinkles and melted almond bark or white chocolate if desired.

Notes

  • This fudge requires chilling time to set properly; do not skip refrigeration.
  • You can substitute almond bark with additional white chocolate if preferred for topping.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • For a nut-free version, ensure your sugar cookie mix and sprinkles do not contain nuts.
  • Cut fudge into bite-sized pieces for easier serving and sharing.
